Design Pickle is a subscription based graphic design service. They offer unlimited requests and revisions for a monthly subscription fee of $370. Design Pickle is our parent organization and a long time YesInsights user! And they have a question about chatbots.
Design Pickle was one of our biggest advocates before the acquisition, and they continue to implement our surveys into their workflow. They use our surveys in so many different and creative ways, so they make a great case study for ideas.
Here are just a few of the ways they implement our surveys into their daily workflow:
- Send fist bump or high five surveys for completed designs
- Send NPS surveys once a month to gain more insights on their clients’ feelings
- Ask clients if they are interested in a discount. Then they segment the respondents according to their answers
- Send biweekly designer review surveys
- Send a Question of the Month survey
And Design Pickle implements YesInsights surveys in a variety of other fun and creative ways. I personally know that they deal with multitudes of survey responses every single day as I was on the Design Pickle team before coming over to YesInsights. They use us religiously.
As such, we have teamed up with them to create reports pertaining to their Question of the Month. Each month Design Pickle sends out a Question of the Month survey to their customers. June’s Question of the Month was:
